As a nonprofit corporation exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal revenue code, nearly all of our funding comes from the charitable contributions of philatelists like you. Our administration does its work on a strictly voluntary basis and about 90% of the contributions we receive are used to fund research grants and to publish and disseminate the results of these grants.
