In addition to strategic alliances with major philatelic organizations in the U.S. and abroad, IAP is creating "Centers of Excellence" at universities to allow philatelic researchers access to domain experts in a wide range of scientific disiplines including color science, paper and ink chemistry, spectroscopy and many other state-of-the-art technologies.
